window is also called when you right click on a task tab and select Rename Task.

e Task Details sub-window has the following elements:
Task Name – e Task Name text box allows you to enter the name of the new task.
Task names must be unique.
Created On – e Created On text box displays the month, day and year of when the
task was created.
Created By – e Created By text box allows you note the person who created the task.
is eld is optional.
Depth-First Execution – is check box allows you to select depth-rst execution over
the default breadth-rst execution (see the Changing Task Execution section in this
chapter).
Description – e Description eld allows you to briey describe the purpose of the
task. e Description eld is limited to 255 characters.
Click Done to create the new task in TaskBuilder, or click Cancel to return to the main
window without creating a new task.
Opening an Existing Task
To open a new task, open the Task Manager sub-window by selecting Open Task from the
File menu or clicking the button on the toolbar (see Figure 8.2).
